What is coaching?
Are you looking to make some changes in your life, or don't quite know what you're looking for? Coaching is a 1:1 experience where we will meet virtually to make tangible goals to help you make progress in an area of your life you want to focus on.
What can I expect?
First, we will have a 15 minute phone or Zoom consultation to chat and see what direction we might want to take your coaching sessions. We will start with a brief check-in about the different components of well-being (physical, mental, social, financial, intellectual, spiritual, environmental) and see what is speaking to you. This is completely customizeable to your needs.
