Saturday, August 13 from 1 - 5 pm Join me for an afternoon workshop to complete your reiki level one training. In level one, we will discuss what reiki is and how to define it, a little of the history, and how to use reiki on yourself and others. You will reach an understanding of reiki, what it means for you, and how to build it into your daily practice to support yourself. This is the first chapter of a new spiritual journey!
