Individual Reiki Session (30 min)

Service Description

Relax and rejuvenate with a personal reiki session via Zoom. We will get started with a guided meditation and grounding before moving into a period of receiving reiki, a form of Japanese energy healing. The practitioner will help send the energy wherever it needs to go to promote relaxation and healing. Sessions available primarily via Zoom, or I can travel to your location!
